The Nightmare Returns in style

As with the game itself, the campaign for the Resident Evil 2 remake had to acknowledge the historic legacy of the 1998 version while updating it for a new audience. With that in mind, we approached Capcom with an ambitious idea: an homage to George A. Romero’s iconic live action promo for the game.

Working closely with Capcom’s teams in both the UK and Japan, the project featured an incredible array of moving parts: casting agents, location scouting, period-authentic US police cars, replica firearms, and authentic costumes and makeup all had to be factored in before a frame was shot.
